Quran Recitation for Beginners 

Learning to read and recite the Quran properly is an essential part of daily life for Muslims. However, it can be a challenge for many young children. It’s not always the easiest thing for children to do, but the sooner they get started, the more skillful they can become, and the more the words will have meaning for them as they grow older.

Course Outline

As a beginner, we use books such as Noor al-Bayan and Noorani Qaida. These books provide an easy way to learn Arabic letters and how to connect different letters to form words.

• Knowledge of the historical background of different surahs

Khatmah Quran

A great majority of Muslims can read the Quran but are unable to recite the Quran correctly, we focus on the pronunciation so that the kids can recite Quran with the correct accent. 

Course Outline

Khatmah Quran course is designed to teach the correct rules and articulations for quranic words. As perfection in the recitation of the Quran can only be achieved by studying the rules and exercising the mouth, tongue, and jaw.

Our Khatmah Quran course will help kids to enhance their recitation skills. By the end of this course the children will be able to:

Tajweed Course

The Quran is the literal words of Allah, so we must take its recitation very seriously. The basic purpose of Tajweed is to make the reciter proficient in the recitation and help them observe the correct pronunciation without exaggeration or deficiency.

As every language has its own articulation points and so does the Arabic language. It has rules of Makhraj, Sifaat and Harkaa. The understanding of these and their implementation during recitation is necessary. Sometimes, we find the same sounds and exit points but have different attributes. If your child knows it accurately, he or she will be able to understand the actual requirement of Allah from them. 

Course Outline

Lessons are designed to be comprehensive, from very basic topics (Arabic Letters, Harakat, etc) so that the kids don’t feel burdened or get bored. Tajweed rules are introduced one at a time and reinforced with each lesson until the child becomes perfect. It is only then that the teacher moves to the next Tajweed rule.
