Indeed, the best thing that parents can offer to their children in this life and the next is to teach them the Book of Allah. It is well-established fact that the best time to learn anything is from a young age. A child is quick to learn and remembers everything vividly. Therefore, we at Muslim Kids emphasize teaching the Quran to kids. In this regard, we have introduced different courses to make it easy for you to choose a level according to your child’s needs and capabilities.
Quran Recitation for Beginners
Learning to read and recite the Quran properly is an essential part of daily life for Muslims. However, it can be a challenge for many young children. It’s not always the easiest thing for children to do, but the sooner they get started, the more skillful they can become, and the more the words will have meaning for them as they grow older.
As a beginner, we use books such as Noor al-Bayan and Noorani Qaida. These books provide an easy way to learn Arabic letters and how to connect different letters to form words.
By the end of this course, the children will have:
- Better recitation of the Quran
- Knowledge of the historical background of different surahs
A great majority of Muslims can read the Quran but are unable to recite the Quran correctly, we focus on the pronunciation so that the kids can recite Quran with the correct accent.
Khatmah Quran course is designed to teach the correct rules and articulations for quranic words. As perfection in the recitation of the Quran can only be achieved by studying the rules and exercising the mouth, tongue, and jaw.
This course includes some basic topics such as:
Merits & legal ruling of Tajweed
Articulation Points of the Letters
Types & legal ruling of Lahn
Heavy & light letters
Our Khatmah Quran course will help kids to enhance their recitation skills. By the end of this course the children will be able to:
- Recite the Quran with complete diction and devotion
- Understand basic meanings of simple words
The Quran is the literal words of Allah, so we must take its recitation very seriously. The basic purpose of Tajweed is to make the reciter proficient in the recitation and help them observe the correct pronunciation without exaggeration or deficiency.
As every language has its own articulation points and so does the Arabic language. It has rules of Makhraj, Sifaat and Harkaa. The understanding of these and their implementation during recitation is necessary. Sometimes, we find the same sounds and exit points but have different attributes. If your child knows it accurately, he or she will be able to understand the actual requirement of Allah from them.
Lessons are designed to be comprehensive, from very basic topics (Arabic Letters, Harakat, etc) so that the kids don’t feel burdened or get bored. Tajweed rules are introduced one at a time and reinforced with each lesson until the child becomes perfect. It is only then that the teacher moves to the next Tajweed rule.
Our teachers help students master the topic by practicing the examples.
This course will help with:
- Nasal sounds
- Meem as Saakinah
- Laam as Saakinah
- The Connecting and cutting Hamzah
- The Silent and Pronounced Alif

The Quran reminds us of our purpose of creation and aspires us to become a better version of ourselves. Familiarizing oneself with it has infinite benefits in this world and hereafter.
During the time of the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), he would recite each verse and his companions would learn those verses by heart.
Quranic memorization course is one of our most sought-after courses. The reason for this popularity is the use of modern linguistic and memorization techniques to reap maximum benefits. The course emphasizes the correct pronunciation and diction along with the memorization of verses.
The course can be learned per any of the following methods:
- Sabak method
- Para Sabak
- Halaqah Dauri
We very much encourage parents to enroll their kids as early as possible. This is because a child’s mind is fresh and can absorb information quickly. This Quran Memorization course needs your full determination and dedication. It requires a great deal of discipline. Moreover, the shortcomings of human memory mean that you’ll be required to continuously review and reinforce the lesson with your kids.
By the end of this course, the children would be able to:
- Memorize the Whole Holy Quran in Short Time.
- Effectively recite their lessons daily.
For a child to love something, you must teach it with love. That tone of love and connection helps us bring that same love (and perhaps some more) in the Quran time. Our teachers are kind, sincere, and devoted to teaching little kids. Our teachers hold Ijazah in Quranic teachings from Al-Azhar University. We believe that only the best is suitable for our kids.
Online Arabic Courses
One of the biggest struggles non-Arab Muslim parents face especially those who live in Western countries is to teach their children how to read and write Arabic correctly. They dream to teach the Arabic language to help their kids to study and understand the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet (saw) and to preserve the Islamic traditions and identity.
However, it is difficult for them to find reliable online Academies and knowledgeable teachers to assist them in this regard. Therefore, Muslim Kids has designed some very interesting and comprehensive courses to learn the Arabic language easily.
Quran is full of interesting stories that give insightful lessons. If the kids had a basic understanding of the Arabic language, these stories would serve as a cornerstone in their upbringing. This is where the Quranic Arabic course comes in handy.
Words from the stories of the Quran are taken and their meanings are taught to the children. Once the child has learned the words by heart, the stories are narrated via the Quran. It’s a beautiful sight to see the wonder on children’s faces once they realize that they can understand the Quran without looking at the translation.
By the end of this course, your child will have:
- A comprehensive vocabulary of the Quranic words
- Learned the stories from the Quran with actual references from the Ayah
